You may think that but game testing (or any sort of software testing in general) isn't particularly fun. Maybe for the first few days but once you've replayed the same mission 300 times and tested every possible thing on every different build of the game, you really have no appetite to play the finished product! Most game devs and testers are more into board games and stuff because testing is definitely more of a job than being paid to play games. But all game developers are constantly hiring QA because the turnover of staff is high. If you're willing to do it, bearing in mind it'll probably spoil your enjoyment of playing the actual game as a fan, you'll definitely find something. A lot of people move from QA positions into game development positions too so it can be a good way into a game dev career
How cool will be to be able to play gta 6 as a game tester? I know some people do that and it may be so cool.
