We're pleased to announce that iGrandTheftAuto.com has been fully redeveloped and integrated with other sites on our network.
iGrandTheftAuto.com - or iGTA for short - is our ultimate GTA resource. Covering every single game in the GTA series, you'll find thousands of screenshots, hundreds of guides and news articles exploring everything that goes on in the world of Grand Theft Auto.
First launched on September 9th, 2009 (9/9/9), our website is part of Rockstar's official fan site webring. We've received complementary merchandise, exclusive screenshots, and even all expenses paid trips to New York and Los Angeles to preview Rockstar's latest games.
Members of our community continue to meet up and play GTA Online as part of the iGTA Crew on a regular basis, and all are welcome to join the fun!
Redevelopment
Over recent months, work has been undertaken to rebuild the website into the same modern system which powers our newest GTA VI fan site, GTAVice.net. I'm pleased to announce that everything has gone smoothly and both sites are now fully integrated and operational, with other websites on our network also merging into the singular system in the coming months.
These changes bring benefits to both users and staff. Any new features (or bug fixes) are able to be applied to all sites at the same time, and it's much easier for staff to update our content across the whole network from a single control panel. You'll even notice that content is shared between websites and the GTA VI information and news on iGTA comes directly from GTAVice.net making it easier to find the details you need.
Network User Accounts
If you have an account on GTAVice.net (or if you create one on iGTA) you'll be able to log in and use the same account on both websites. The same will be true when we integrate the other websites on our network, such as GTA-SanAndreas.com, GTA4.TV, iGTA5.com and iRedDead.com.
If you previously had an account on iGTA or the iGTA5 Forums, you'll need to create a new account here, but once you're set up and verified, you'll be free to use our new custom-built forums on any of our network websites.
Work In Progress!
There are still a number of tweaks and improvements to make to the new system, notably the Maps and Downloads section from the old website need to be set up again, but all of our existing content and images have been moved over and should be more accessible in a mobile friendly template.
We appreciate any feedback you have about the website, any features you'd like to see and most importantly, we'd love you to join us again and be part of the iGTA community.
