Take-Two Q2 2025 Earnings Call Scheduled For November 6th, 2024
Take-Two has scheduled its final earnings call of 2024 for November 6th. If any new updates about GTA VI are coming this year, they're likely to arrive before that call.
By the time the November earnings call arrives, it will mark nearly a full year of silence from Rockstar Games following the release of the first Grand Theft Auto VI trailer in December 2023. Despite the initial excitement and speculation that the trailer generated, both Rockstar and its parent company, Take-Two Interactive, have remained tight-lipped about any further details. The only real updates we've had throughout 2024 came when Take-Two confirmed in a brief update that the game is still on track for a Fall 2025 release, and hinted at a future PC release.
As the gaming community continues to eagerly await more information, the upcoming call offers a key opportunity for Rockstar or Take-Two to share significant progress or new developments. With so much riding on the success of GTA VI, both in terms of revenue and the company's stock performance, many are hoping that this call might shed light on a more concrete release timeline. Investors, too, will be looking for assurances that the project is on track and that Rockstar's silence over the past year is simply part of a calculated build-up, rather than a sign of internal delays or complications.
If Rockstar plan on sharing any further GTA VI updates before the end of the year, there's a pretty good chance it'll happen before Take-Two's call, so we may be less than a month away from our next look at Grand Theft Auto VI. As always, stay tuned and we'll bring any relevant updates when the call takes place.
